Position DetailsThe Department of Economics at The University of Tampa's Sykes College of Business invites applicants for a full-time, non-tenure track, Assistant Teaching Professor of Economics position to start in Fall 2026
The University of Tampa is a medium-sized, comprehensive, residentially based private institution of 10,566 undergraduate and graduate students. The University is ideally situated on a beautiful 110-acre campus next to the Hillsborough River, adjacent to Tampa’s dynamic central business district, which is a growing, vibrant, diverse metropolitan area. Applicants with a Ph.D. in Economics will be given preference. A demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence is required.
The applicant will also be expected to maintain an active research agenda and participate in service activities.
